BOUJIEKIDS IMPORTANT Shipping Information

This will answer most of the questions you may have regarding your order, including shipping and delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE ALL BOUJIEKIDS ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS BUT USUALLY 7-10 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING.
UK:  Your order will be sent via Evri 1-2 day tracked or 1st class. 
If you want to track your order, it could be in a couple of places... still being made, awaiting despatch, with Royal Mail on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your despatch email? If yes, then it's on its way. You can track your order Via Royal Mail. If you haven't got your dispatch email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us.
If your post office have attempted delivery, they will not keep your parcel any longer than a few days. If you fail to pick up your parcel in due time, the post office will automatically send it back to us. When we receive it, we will refund your order or re-send at your own cost.
INTERNATIONAL:  Your order will be sent via UK Royal Mail (international tracked mail) and then picked up by your country's preferred courier (e.g. UPS in USA) and can vary in delivery times dependent of the country.  As an approximate estimate, after your order has been made and processed, most European orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks; Canada, USA and the rest of Americas can take up to 3-4 weeks!
• BOUJIEKIDS is under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed shipment or wrong shipping address.
 • Should your parcel get sent back to us due to this you will have to pay a new shipping fee for it to be sent back to you.
 • Shipping times vary but for most orders please expect anything from 7-10 working days for processing before shipping which is 48 hours.
 • Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
 • PLEASE NOTE: shipping times are just a guide and not guaranteed, once shipped out it is up to the post office in each area to deliver your order, and in what speed they do so BOUJIEKIDS have no control over.

DELIVERY DISPUTES 
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further. 

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 28 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
